Summary: Nice hotel within a few minute's of Bacharach, and Obebwisel with free easy parking. Very clean and quiet with a top notch restaurant on site. The best food we have had in Germany!

Summary: The owners of this hotel treated us as special guests. We arrived during a heat wave and were offered a rom different from the one we had reserved because it would be cooler. The food was outstanding. We ate in the restaurant the first night because it was convenient, the second night because it was outstanding. The chef made recommendations for wine to go with the dinner we ordered. The owner helped us with sightseeing tours and on the last day even gave us a ride to the train station. This property is located in a small town in the Rhine valley away from big cities. It was a relaxing break in the middle of our visit to Germany.

Summary: Our room was spacious, with a four poster bed and LED stars on the ceiling for a night light. It had a wonderful view of the valley (ok you can't see the river but it's still nice). Large modern bath and very comfortable bed. Family run, very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included with eggs cooked to order. Only negative is very sporadic internet connection. Oh, and no lift, so be advised that some rooms may involve two flights of stairs.
